4. Pricing & Payment

  • All prices are listed in Pakistani Rupees (PKR).

  • We reserve the right to change prices anytime.

  • Payment methods may include Cash on Delivery (COD), bank transfer, debit/credit cards, or other methods shown at checkout.

  • Orders are only confirmed once payment is verified (except COD).

5. Order Acceptance

We may cancel or refuse an order if:

  • The product is out of stock.

  • Payment is not verified.

  • The order seems suspicious or fraudulent.

  • Delivery location is outside our serviceable areas.

A cancellation or modification will be communicated to you via email/SMS.

6. Shipping & Delivery

  • Delivery times vary by location but usually range 2–7 business days within Pakistan.

  • Delays may occur due to courier issues, weather, strikes, or other external factors.

  • Delivery charges (if any) are shown at checkout.

7. Returns & Refunds

Our Return/Refund Policy applies to all purchases. In general:

  • Items may be returned within [e.g., 3–7 days] if they are defective, incorrect, or damaged upon delivery.

  • Product must be unused and in original packaging.

  • Some items may be non-returnable for hygiene or safety reasons.
